FC -29 <br />March 13, 2018 <br />Res. 520-18: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND <br />OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE OF REAL <br />PROPERTY FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII OFFICE OF THE LEGISLATIVE <br />AUDITOR <br />Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with New Kaiko`o <br />Building, Inc., beginning May 1, 2018, with an option for a five-year extension, for <br />space in the Bank of Hawaii Building located at 120 Pauahi Street, Hilo.
