May 9, 2006: The Planning Director issued two (2)Notices of Violation and Order (ZCV <br /> 06-047E and ZCV 06-047Eb) for the operation of a"Retail Establishment" and <br /> "Commercial Parking Lot" on the subject properties. The violation was closed due to <br /> completion of corrective actions on July 12, 2006. <br /> 5. September 20, 2006: The Planning Director issued a"Warning of Recurring Violation" <br /> letter due to zoning inspector's observations of continued use of the subject properties as <br /> a base yard. Required corrective action included removal of tour related vehicles from the <br /> subject properties and no further storing of said vehicles in the future. The violation was <br /> closed on June 2, 2008 as the applicant complied with the requirements of the violation, <br /> namely no more than one minivan associated with the tour business located on the <br /> property. <br /> 6. March 10, 2008: Effective date of Ordinance No. 08 20, which reclassified the subject <br /> property from a Single-Family Residential-10,000 square feet (RS-10) zoning district to a <br /> Neighborhood Commercial -10,000 square feet (CN-10) zoning district to convert a <br /> portion of the existing dwelling on Parcel 25 to accommodate office space and related <br /> business operations associated with a tour business and to provide parking for employees. <br /> -3- <br />
