In addition multiple recreational facilities are located in close <br /> proximity,these include Lokahi Park, Aualani Park, and Hilo Municipal Golf Course. <br /> As such, the project should not result in the extension of any government services. Further, <br /> the required public facilities are located reasonably proximate to the subject site. <br /> 8. IMPACT <br /> SIGNIFICANCE ANALYSIS <br /> a. Relationship Between Local Short-Term Uses of Environment and Maintenance and <br /> Enhancement of Long-Term Productivity • <br /> If request were denied,the short-term use of the area of the proposed rezoning would <br /> probably continue as is.
