(CN-40), Single-Family <br /> Residential-7,500 sq. ft. and Single-Family Residential-10,000 sq. ft. (RS-7.5 and RS-10) <br /> and Open to Project District. The Project District zoning was established to develop a <br /> mixed-use community referred to as "University Terrace" consisting of up to 500 <br /> residential units (including 150 multiple-family residential units), up to 180,000 sq. ft. of <br /> commercial and office uses, with no single commercial business containing more than <br /> 45,000 sq. ft. in gross floor area, and a minimum of 49 acres for open space and <br /> recreational use.
