Sako, dated February 11, 2019, transmitting the <br />applications from eligible nonprofit organizations for the Council's review and <br />appropriation of funds for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 nonprofit grant program. <br />; and <br />Comm. 95.2: RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GRANT APPROPRIATIONS TO NONPROFIT <br />ORGANIZATIONS <br />From Finance Committee Chair Maile David, dated March 22, 2019, transmitting the <br />Finance Ad Hoc Committee's recommendations for grant funding to nonprofit <br />organizations for inclusion in the County of Hawaii Operating Budget for Fiscal Year <br />2019-2020. A total of 160 eligible applications were received with requests totaling <br />$4,289,207. The recommendations have been developed through a review of all <br />applications with each applicant. <br />Comm. 149: FORMATION OF AN AD HOC COMMITTEE: FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 <br />OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BUDGETS <br />From Council Member Ashley L.
