Hawai'i County Clerk 04/17/2019 01:50:08 PM <br />FC -9 April 23, 2019 <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br />Bill 57: ADOPTS A PAY PLAN FOR PERSONS EMPLOYED BY THE COUNTY OTHER <br />THAN THOSE WHOSE PAY IS OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, DESIGNATES <br />PAYROLL PERIODS, PAY DAYS, PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT <br />TO OFFICIAL FIDELITY BONDS, AND REPEALS ORDINANCE NO. 18-53 AND <br />ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, SAID ORDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE <br />SALARY ORDINANCE OF 2019 <br />Establishes rates of compensation for appointed employees in the Legislative Branch and <br />the Office of Housing and Community Development, the County Physician, and Student <br />Helpers and Senior Community Services Aids for various County agencies. <br />Reference: Comm. 223 <br />Intr. by: Ms. David (B/R) <br />Bill 58: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 18-68, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />Appropriates revenues in the State Grants — Hawai`i Island Tourism Strategic Plan <br />($35,000); and appropriates the same to the Hawaii Island Tourism Strategic Plan — <br />State account.
