SECTION S. Work performed under a permit issued before the effective date of this <br /> ordinance and which is inspected on or after the effective date shall be approved if it meets the <br /> requirements of either this code or the code being replaced by this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 6. This ordinance shall apply to all applications for permits to be issued <br /> pursuant to chapters 5, 9, and 17, Hawaii County Code,that are deemed complete by the <br /> Department of Public Works on or after the effective date of this ordinance. An application <br /> accepted before the effective date shall be approvable if it meets the requirements of either this <br /> ordinance or the code being replaced by this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 7.
