But in the <br />3 <br />overall, I think there's awareness by everybody to <br />4 <br />constantly look at the benefits and to see what is fair <br />5 <br />and not fair, and make it better and fairer. And if you <br />6 <br />look -- during the time that we could provide you the <br />7 <br />information easily to show you what changes have been <br />8 <br />made in the past few years, I think you'll be, you <br />9 <br />know, at least aware that they're trying. <br />10 <br />MR. SAKO: I think we have talked before a <br />12 <br />little bit about the changes because most of those <br />13 <br />have happened at the state legislature level -- about <br />14 <br />reducing the benefits for employees going forward. <br />15 <br />But it will probably take roughly ten more years <br />16 <br />before we see a significant impact of that -- on the <br />17 <br />amounts we’re paying into the system. <br />18 <br />CHAIR: In the appointment of one of our -- <br />19 <br />MR.KIM: Sir, can I interrupt?
