And I think 1.25 percent, as <br />2 <br />you add it up, as Milton said, it's inconsequential -- <br />3 <br />but, still, I think that we have a responsibility to at <br />4 <br />least look at that and consider that and put that in <br />5 <br />front of the public. <br />6 <br />And, as Florence was saying, she knows the <br />7 <br />constituents of her particular district that she's <br />8 <br />representing and, I think, as Jim was saying earlier, I <br />9 <br />mean, we can't take the testimony of three people and <br />10 <br />make a decision based on that. So, I think as <br />11 <br />commissioners, we're kind of incumbent on at least <br />12 <br />getting some feedback from people in our district so <br />13 <br />that, when we come to the meeting, that we can at least <br />14 <br />speak on the behalf of the constituents that we have, <br />15 <br />whatever diverse opinions those are, that we can at <br />16 <br />least come and be prepared to share some of that <br />17 <br />testimony with the group when we open it up to public <br />18 <br />discussion. <br />19 <br />MS.
