And I think what we're saying is as far as <br />4 <br />additional specification regarding specific positions <br />5 <br />on the Big Island, that's the information we're not <br />6 <br />going to be able to provide to you, but we have <br />7 <br />provided, in my opinion, ample information as it <br />8 <br />relates to private-sector salaries in general, I mean, <br />9 <br />for what that's worth. <br />10 <br />And then, my second point I'm going to raise <br />11 <br />is one of the dangers we see when we're going to just <br />12 <br />compare apples to apples is the fact that it's very <br />13 <br />hard to compare employment positions, areas and <br />14 <br />responsibility in the private sector, in comparison to <br />15 <br />the positions in the government sector. Say, for <br />16 <br />example, you take Department of Public Works. The <br />17 <br />Department of Public Works director, five divisions: <br />18 <br />Building, Engineering, Highways, Automotive -- who in <br />19 <br />the private sector area of responsibilities would come <br />20 <br />close to that type of responsibility? <br />21 <br />MR.
