You're comparing apples and oranges." <br />4 <br />The other thing that we historically see is <br />5 <br />the private sector is compensated at a higher rate. I <br />6 <br />would say, more often than not, the private sector is <br />7 <br />compensated at a higher rate than the government or <br />8 <br />public sector. And there's some validity to that. <br />9 <br />There's some reasons to that because, one, private <br />10 <br />sector oftentimes aren't -- some are -- but more often <br />11 <br />than not -- they're not offered the type of fringe <br />12 <br />benefits that the government or public-sector employees <br />13 <br />are offered. So, that's something to consider as well. <br />14 <br />So, when we look at -- I'm just giving you the full <br />15 <br />breadth of -- <br />16 <br />MR. MEDINA: There's also the risk factor, <br />17 <br />too, in private sector. You make a mistake, and the <br />18 <br />whole thing is going to go down, where you could make a <br />19 <br />mistake here, the County isn't going to go under. <br />20 <br />Hopefully, not.
