<br /> <br />SUBCHAPTER 2 <br /> <br />RECRUITMENT <br /> <br />§3-4 Citizenship and residence. <br /> <br /> Applicants shall meet the citizenship and residency requirements provided <br />in Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, Section 78-1. <br />\[Eff. 07-01-02\] (Auth: HRS §78-1) (Imp: HRS §78-1) <br /> <br />§3-5 Announcement of recruitment. <br /> <br /> The director may conduct a recruitment and examination announcement <br />in a manner deemed reasonable and appropriate. <br />\[Eff. 07-01-02; am 03-01-15\] (Auth: HRS §76-17) (Imp: HRS §§76-13, 76-17, 76-22.5, <br />HCC §7-1.4) <br /> <br />§3-6 Registrations. <br /> <br />(a) There may be separate registration lists for different kinds of classes <br />of work.
