Ms. Torres' appeal is moot at this point. <br />8 <br />Now, Ms. Torres has also submitted additional <br />9 <br />arguments claiming that this is somehow a recruitment <br />10 <br />and examination or classification or reclassification. <br />11 <br />Well, we think that's not proper, and we have in fact <br />12 <br />addressed it in our reply memorandum that this is <br />13 <br />simply not a recruitment action, as it did, in fact, <br />14 <br />arise out of the November 7th letter. <br />15 <br />Thank you. <br />16 <br />CHAIR TULANG: Appellant? <br />17 <br />MS.
