KEOPUHIWA: Well, the tricky part is that <br />16 <br />he was there -- because I filed the grievance on my <br />17 <br />own, he was there to represent the union; and so as <br />18 <br />long as he specifically didn't interrupt or didn't, you <br />19 <br />know -- didn't make testimony, I guess, then he was <br />20 <br />there only as an observer.
