And that's one of the <br />4 <br />issues we're dealing with now is, okay, we have to ensure <br />5 <br />that we're clear with our employees that although technology <br />6 <br />is available 365, you know, there's rules, federal rules, <br />7 <br />state rules -- regulations that clearly define the workday as <br />8 <br />being eight hours, and that we have to be mindful of not <br />9 <br />abusing that. <br />10 <br />MR. NAHUINA: Just to add onto this question. You <br />11 <br />mentioned earlier that some of the job descriptions hadn't <br />12 <br />been addressed for a while. And I apologize. I've forgotten <br />13 <br />what that was. <br />14 <br />CHR. TULANG: Transit -- Mass Transit. <br />15 <br />MR. NAHUINA: How about for these clerk positions? <br />16 <br />Is this another area where job descriptions have not been <br />17 <br />addressed, or is it one that's been addressed recently and is <br />18 <br />evolving constantly? <br />19 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: That's a very good question. What <br />20 <br />I know from my own experience, you know, over the past <br />21 <br />several months or so is the fact that Ms. Sakamoto goes out <br />22 <br />and she conducts audits of various positions within the <br />23 <br />County.
