They fall under those departments, <br />12 <br />correct? <br />13 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: Correct. They're independent. <br />14 <br />Their actual duties and responsibilities are independent of <br />15 <br />the HR department. They respond to the department heads and <br />16 <br />deputies. You know, they come under their organizational <br />17 <br />chart of that specific department. And so, they're managed <br />18 <br />and supervised by department heads, deputies, and <br />19 <br />supervisors. <br />20 <br />CHR.
