And they are Fiscal Year 2016-17 Annual Evaluation <br />4 <br />of Human Resources Director. But we will focus on the goals <br />5 <br />and objectives. <br />6 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: Thank you, very much. I was glad <br />7 <br />you said that because this would have been the shortest <br />8 <br />evaluation period in employment history. <br />9 <br />Anyway, as to my proposed goals and objectives for <br />10 <br />Fiscal Year July 1st, 2017, through June 30th, 2018, I have <br />11 <br />three goals and there -- some of you may be familiar with <br />12 <br />some of the goals only because I think the previous <br />13 <br />administrator, my predecessor, Ms. Toriano, has submitted <br />14 <br />these goals -- well, several of the goals to you in a previous <br />15 <br />meeting. <br />16 <br />But what I wanted to do was just elaborate and <br />17 <br />provide you my vision moving forward as far as the department <br />18 <br />goes. You know it's kind of -- I'm in a awkward situation. <br />19 <br />I'm here telling you what our goals and visions are for the <br />20 <br />full, you know, fiscal year, all the way into June 30th, <br />21 <br />2018. But I may not be around here in three months.
