Anticipated <br /> completion of ROP renovations to <br /> be in mid to late 2020, or early <br /> 2021. Anticipated ADA <br /> renovations to have a 10 year life <br /> span. <br /> <br /> Discussions are still being <br /> considered for partial or complete <br /> ROP closure depending on the <br /> speed of the various historical <br /> survey and archaeological <br /> planning approval, bidding <br /> processes, approval for a Special <br /> Management Area application <br /> (minor version), and <br /> administrative feedback. <br /> <br /> Public notification regarding ROP <br /> construction will be through a <br /> press release in the local <br /> newspaper. No on-site signage of <br /> construction impacts will be <br /> posted. <br /> <br /> Based on committee feedback, <br /> project planners will consider <br /> exploring expansion of access <br /> route width to exceed minimum 5 <br /> feet, as topography and negative <br /> impact to adjoining area permits. <br /> <br /> Handouts were distributed to <br />committee members.
