In general, the DWS agrees with the audit report and recommendations. DWS recognizes <br />that this experience and audit report provides an opportunity to improve on DWS' operations, <br />contingency planning and communication methods. <br />The DWS reiterates that all North Kona customers were supplied with potable water during 2017 when <br />issues with the wells were being experienced.
