Nims <br />Page 2 <br />February 26, 2020 <br />Page # <br />Paragraph # <br />Report Statement <br />DWS' Response <br />3 (cont.) <br />2°1 (cont.) <br />"Audit Scope and <br />3-2 (1) ...."The Department further <br />Methodology" (cont.) <br />disclaims all warranties, expressed or <br />implied, and reserves the right to shut <br />off water mains for repairs, <br />extensions, alterations, termination of <br />water service as provided herein, for <br />conservation measures, and for other <br />reasons deemed by the Board to be <br />necessary and proper, without notice. <br />3-2 (2) Whenever, in the <br />Department's opinion, special <br />conservation measures are advisable <br />in order to forestall water shortage <br />and a consequent emergency, the <br />Department may restrict the use of <br />water by any reasonable method of <br />control. The Department shall also <br />have the right to limit the quantity of <br />water taken from any of its facilities, <br />including but not limited to <br />temporary standpipes, outlets and <br />hose bibbs. In determining the <br />priorities in restricting the use of <br />water, the health and safety of the <br />public shall be given first <br />consideration over other uses. <br />5 <br />T .aA <br />1.
