5.1.3. In the event that the applicant or permittee has any change in <br /> any of the information required in Section 5.1.1, notification must <br /> be given to the parking control officer (via DPW Administration) by <br /> submitting a Notification of Change form. It is the applicant or <br /> permittee's responsibility to give immediate notification to avoid <br /> possible citation or vehicle removal as provided in the General <br /> Rules, Section 6 of these regulations. <br /> 5.1.4. Employees or permitees who are no longer in need of an <br /> accessible parking space shall notify their department's <br /> Accommodation Resource Manager who will inform the <br /> Administration Office. <br /> 5.1.5. In the event that there is no vacant stall available at the parking <br /> facility the eligible employee is working in, the eligible employee <br /> shall be placed on a waiting list for that facility. The list shall be <br /> maintained by the Administration of the Department of Public <br /> Works. The date the eligible employee is placed on the waiting <br /> list shall be indicated on the list itself. The list shall be maintained <br /> by chronological order, by the dates the eligible employees are <br /> placed on the list (earliest to latest). The employees who are <br /> waiting for a stall assignment may park on the street, or park at <br /> the Aupuni Center metered stalls and feed the meters (8 hour time <br /> limit fronting Kilauea Avenue). <br /> 5.2. Assignment of Parking <br /> 5.2.1. Specifically marked parking stalls may be assigned to vehicles <br /> or positions required to carry out an agencies' program functions. <br /> 5.2.2. Specifically marked parking stalls may be assigned to <br /> department heads, deputy department heads, secretaries to <br /> department heads, multi-functional program managers, and other <br /> mayoral appointees. <br /> 5.2.3. The Department of Public Works may designate specific stalls <br /> to be used for accessible parking or reserved for reasonable <br /> accommodation purposes. These stalls may be temporarily <br /> assigned to employees or individuals who do not require them as <br /> reasonable accommodations. In the event it is necessary to <br /> assign the stall for reasonable accommodation purposes, the <br /> employee will be assigned another parking stall. <br /> 5.2.4. A stall shall be assigned to an employee who works in the <br /> facility of the assigned stall. <br /> 9of16 <br />
