NO. \7A(O <br />I (e) A producer or producer responsibility organization may <br />2 appeal adjustments to the minimum reuse and recycling <br />3 performance requirements as determined under section -13 to <br />4 the department within thirty days of the department's <br />5 determination. <br />6 (f) Beginning the department may <br />7 determine that a producer responsibility organization that <br />8 achieves the reuse and rate requirements established for each <br />9 material category of covered products supplied into the State <br />10 and achieves the minimum reuse rates as established in section <br />11 -13 is considered to achieve the overall reuse and recycling <br />12 performance requirements for all covered products. <br />13 § -8 Department duties; website; establishment. By <br />14 1 . the department shall establish and begin <br />15 maintenance of a public website that: <br />16 (1) Lists producers and their covered products that are <br />17 participating in an approved plan; and <br />18 (2) Makes available each plan and annual report received <br />19 by the department under this chapter. <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 24 <br />
