Finalized on October 10, 2016. <br /> • December 1, 2015: Issuance of building permit no. BK2015-02873 for the <br /> construction of a single story one-bedroom/one-bathroom 500 square foot guest <br /> house. Finalized on June 30, 2016. <br /> There is an existing operational coffee farm on the northern portion of the property. <br /> 14. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: Lands surrounding the subject parcel consist of a mix <br /> of residential and agricultural uses. The subject property is bordered by dwellings in all <br /> directions, the closest dwellings are approximately 85 feet from the proposed bed and <br /> breakfast structures to the north and south of the subject property. TMK 7-6-005:057, <br /> approximately 900 feet southwest of the subject property, was approved for Use Permit <br /> No. 159, to establish a 2-bedroom bed and breakfast operation. <br /> 15. Land Study Bureau's Detailed Land Classification System: Soil within the property <br /> is classified as "C" or"Fair". <br /> 16. Soil Survey: The soil is Nap6`opo`o cobbly hydrous silt loam with 10 to 20 percent <br /> slopes and consists of ash fields over a'a lava flows. The soil is well drained and the <br /> runoff class is high. <br /> 17. ALISH: The subject parcel is unclassified. <br /> 18. Flood Zone: The property is situated within an area designated as Zone X on the Flood <br /> Insurance Rate Map (FIRM)by FEMA, an area of minimal flood hazard located outside <br /> the 500-year flood plain. <br /> 19.
