LINDSEY:I believe we had set up that meeting via telephone but I was first put in <br />contact with Mr. Ibbetson through my supervisor in our Honolulu offices. <br />KRUEGER:And did Mr.? To the best of your knowledge did Mr. Ibbetson contact <br />your offices? <br />LINDSEY:I€m not exactly sure how the contact to me came from my supervisor. But <br />it was my understanding from my supervisor that Mr. Ibbetson had contacted him. <br />KRUEGER:And what was the purpose of his call if you know? <br />LINDSEY:Of Mr. Ibbetson€s call to my supervisor? <br />KRUEGER:Yes. <br />LINDSEY:I don€t know that. <br />KRUEGER:Okay. What did your supervisor tell you? <br />LINDSEY:He asked me to go to the property andmeet up with Mr. Ibbetson and take <br />alookatIguessbasicallytakealookatthepropertyandhedidletmeknowthattherewere <br />gravesites present on that property. <br />KRUEGER:Okay. When you went out to the property, what was the purpose of the <br />visit to the property? <br />LINDSEY:It was my understanding that Mr. Ibbetson was going to begin <br />construction for a home on that property and wanted to discuss the possible impact of <br />construction of that home on the gravesites that exist there. <br />th <br />KRUEGER:And when you went out to this was on March 11, 2003? <br />LINDSEY:Correct. <br />KRUEGER:And when you went out to the site did you identify the graves that were on <br />the site? <br />LINDSEY:Yes. <br />KRUEGER:And were they part of a cemetery that was in existence? <br />LINDSEY:From what I saw yes. <br />KRUEGER:And did you discuss anything with Mr. Ibbetson on that visit? <br />LINDSEY:Regarding the cemetery? <br />EXHIBIT B <br />6 <br /> <br />
