Merit Appeals Board <br />MS. MATHEWS: No <br />December 2, 2021 <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: But what we do have in place is our maintenance review like Jamie <br />mentioned earlier. If we wanted to go into the department and do a maintenance review, we <br />could do that at any time. <br />MS. MATHEWS: But you're not scheduling that. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: No, it's not scheduled. <br />MS. MATHEWS: It's, sort of, probably a hearsay kind of thing, if there might be <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yes. <br />MS. MATHEWS: an issue and so, therefore, you go in and look at it. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yes. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Okay. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay, thank you. Ms. De Soto, any questions for Jamie? <br />MS. DE SOTO: No questions. Thank you. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Thank you. Okay, Jamie, no other questions. I think you're done and I just <br />want to thank you, Jamie, for a good presentation <br />MS. MARTINEZ: Thank you so much. <br />CHR. CABANAS: —and being the first. Okay. So, COVID protocol requires sanitization of <br />the dais where she sat. So, for the next manager coming up will be Lee Botelho, Recruitment <br />and Examination, once she's done sanitizing. And let me just say, Glynis does a real good job in <br />sanitizing the whole area. Okay, Lee, come on up. <br />(At this time, Ms. Lee Botelho, Recruitment and Examination Division Head, Human <br />Resources Department, came forward.) <br />CHR. CABANAS: Good morning. So, we have Lee Botelho, for the record. She is the <br />Recruitment and Examination Manager. And so, we will follow the same protocol, Lee, about a <br />15 -minute or shorter, if you want, presentation followed by question -and -answer period from <br />each of the manager—each of the Board members, rather.
