Well, I can speak for as long as I live and as long as I know I’ve been up <br />there and that road has always been there from the previous facility and I understand what Mr. <br />Mansour is saying about it being County property, um, to the other side of that – there was as <br />far as I can remember, there was no public notice – they just upgraded the facility, put the <br />boulders – four years ago I went to DOFAW and I asked them about the boulders because I was <br />thinking why are you guys blocking the access and they said, oh, it’s not us, it’s the County. So <br />they went and talked to the County, either County of the State moved it to the back of the <br />facility – the back corner of the facility – now Mr. Kaha is saying there is vandalism went up from <br />the time that it was in the back of the facility but they were already having vandalism from <br />previous before there were even boulders and water tanks were stolen and I think solar panels <br />were stolen – a whole bunch of stuff was stolen from that facility but… <br /> <br />TN: So, my question is – at other transfer stations like – they had 24-hour guard service, especially <br />during the holidays they would put security guards there, I mean, what other options have they <br />looked into other than putting boulders? I mean… <br /> <br />RM: Just correction – we don’t have a 24-hour security… <br /> <br />TN: I know because Paauilo Transfer Station had a guard there when I wanted to do – dump my <br />father’s trash… <br /> <br />RM: OK. <br /> <br />TN: ….and there was a guard there saying on that particular day we couldn’t dump, because they <br />had security guards. <br /> <br />RM: OK.
