Merit Appeals Board <br />April 8, 2022 <br />MR. BENNER: That is a question that I don't have access to the data right in front of me. And, <br />again, I apologize. My Audit Analyst was going to accompany me, but had to—something that <br />came up that took priority. <br />So, I would happily (inaudible) and email the Board with that answer. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Thank you. Unless <br />CHR. CABANAS: Is that a question that Mr. Leopoldino can <br />MS. MATHEWS: That's what I was wondering. <br />CHR. CABANAS: address? Isn't there a schedule for interview audits to be done? Can you <br />approach the dais, Waylen. <br />(At this time, Mr. Waylen Leopoldino, Director, Human Resources Department, came <br />forward.) <br />CHR. CABANAS: Without specifically saying what the schedule is, but can you just explain <br />that there is a schedule, right? <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yes. We do have a schedule that was established back in 2018 and I don't <br />have the specifics on the—what was audited of the total packets but we do have a list of the <br />departments and our recruitment analyst will select from that list that schedule. And when a <br />Request to Fill comes in, we'll go ahead and select that recruitment for an audit. That's kind <br />of—that's our general process and that's—we work off of a schedule that was already <br />established in 2018. <br />MS. MATHEWS: So, it's 100% of the—whatever that schedule? <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yes. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Okay. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: We do 100% of that schedule. We audit every department on that <br />schedule. <br />MS. MATHEWS: And so, you're turning over to them <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Whatever we've done. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Whatever you've done. <br />MR.
