And then we will also move on in executive session to do fiscal <br />year 2022-2023 the annual performance evaluation of the director of human resources process; <br />and fiscal year 2022-2023 the human resources employee survey. <br />At this time, our Legal Counsel, you have a question or comment? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Can we take a five-minute recess to secure the room and also make sure <br />that our Zoom room is secure so no one can pop in. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Absolutely. Yeah.
