(ESRI). ESRI's GIS software is the industry standard and DWS' <br /> current GIS platform. The Department is recommending a multi-year contract to provide <br /> uninterrupted GIS service over more than one fiscal period. The multi-year contract will improve <br /> efficiency for DWS by ensuring continuous and consistent mapping services. The proposed term for <br /> this GIS software license agreement is three (3)years with an estimated total cost of$90,000.00. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Water Board approve a multi-year contract for <br /> GIS software. It is further recommended that either the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson be <br /> authorized to sign the contract, subject to review as to form and legality by Corporation Counsel. <br /> C.
