The Board will now go into executive session to discuss the annual <br />performance evaluation of the director of human resource process and the fiscal year 2022-2023 <br />human resources surveys for fiscal year 2022-2023. <br />MR. WISEMAN: I'd like to take a moment and say goodbye to <br />CHR. CABANAS: We will excuse the director for a short while. The director can wait outside <br />because he may want to come back in when we go into open session to hear what we have <br />discussed. Correct? Is it up to the Board? He can hear what we say in open session later, yeah? <br />Okay. Thank you, Waylen. <br />So, at this time, let the record reflect that our secretary -reporter is securing the councilroom the <br />Council Chambers. She's closing and locking the door. We do not have ZOOM capability. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Oh, so it hasn't been on at all anyway? <br />CHR. CABANAS: No, it has not because all Board members are present. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Right. Okay, I wasn't sure. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. And Glynis has provided a folder with all of the materials for our <br />review and discussion.
