I testified, as you will recall, last month on behalf of the Kona Traffic <br />Safety Committee, and you have a copy in your files for the record. At that time, I <br />discussed the CommitteeÓs concern for the effect on the traffic on Queen Kaahumanu <br />Highway, and especially at the Palani Road and Henry Street intersections which are <br />already congested, and for the concern on the added construction traffic that would occur <br />10 <br /> <br />
