As <br /> c. part of a PMRF energy resiliency roadmap, the project team completed assessments to determine the viability and <br /> sustainability of alternative energy solutions, to include a cost benefit analysis of waste to energy (WTE) and other <br /> alternative energy technologies. In addition, the team consulted with cooperating government agencies, State, <br /> County, local utilities including Kauai Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC) and local industry for the island of Kauai.
