ItÓs actually over 50 years, a historic site, so <br />itÓs, you know, weÓve got to do the whole thing on it because itÓs over 50 years old and itÓs a <br />remnant of the military presence in town. IÓm a recent board member of Parker School <br />but a longtime neighbor resident. I moved to the neighborhood about 35 years ago, actually the <br />same year Parker School was built. So IÓve lived in that neighborhood, you know, pretty much <br />my entire adult life. IÓm a regular daily walker in the neighborhood, what we call the Loop; I <br />walk from my house down Lindsey Road, up KapiÒolani, up HkÒula and back to my house. So <br />IÓm very familiar as a pedestrian walking in that neighborhood pretty much everyday. My oldest <br />daughter taught at Parker School.
