LAND STUDY BUREAU'S PRODUCTIVITY RATING: <br /> "E" or "Very Poor". <br /> E. ALISH: <br /> The property is classified as "Existing Urban Development" on the ALISH map. <br /> F. FLORA/FAUNA RESOURCES: <br /> A botanical reconnaissance of the site was conducted in February 2005, by Ron <br /> Terry, Ph.D. Please see the exhibits for a copy of this reconnaissance. He noted that <br /> the surfaces of the site and vegetation have been altered through grading and weed <br /> growth. He concludes, "No listed candidate or proposed threatened or endangered <br /> species was found or would be expected in the area, and no rare plant species or <br /> ecosystems are present or nearby. In terms of conservation value, no botanical <br /> resources requiring special protection are present." <br /> G. ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> This site was surveyed by Dr. Paul Rosendahl between November 2nd, 2001- March <br /> 291h, 2002, and the subsequent data recovery was conducted by Dr. Alan Haun and <br /> finalized in March 2007. This work was reviewed and approved by the State Historic <br /> Preservation Division on October 31St, 2008. No historic features will be impacted by <br /> the proposed residential development. Previous destruction of Site 22046 was <br /> reported and documented with the DLNR prior to Walua Partners LLC ownership. <br /> Please see the exhibits for a copy of the data recovery plan. <br /> H. FIRM: <br /> The project is classified as Zone "X", outside the area of flooding according to the <br /> Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) prepared by the U.S. Corps of Engineers. All <br /> construction will be in compliance with Chapter 27, Flood Control, and with <br /> regulations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> 14 <br />
