This project is outside of the SMA, and is therefore not <br /> contrary to this objective. <br /> (e) Economic Uses: (1) Provide public or private facilities and <br /> improvements important to the State's economy in suitable locations. <br /> The economic impacts of the proposed project are consistent with <br /> the goals and objectives of the General Plan as identified later in <br /> this application in Section 9, paragraph G.
