Developed a range of alternatives to address resource use conflicts.Analyzed environmental and <br /> (DOBOR) socioeconomic impacts of alternatives as well as management and enforcement capacity required for each <br /> alternative. <br /> Environmental Tetra Tech prepared a series of compliance documents for FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program in <br /> DLNR, Review of 24 Sites response to a proposed rockfall mitigation project in Kailua, HI. Staff prepared an Executive Order <br /> Engineering with Potential compliance document for EO 11990-Protection of Wetlands,EO 11988-Floodplain Management,EO 12898- <br /> Division and Rockfall Hazards, Environmental Justice, EO 13045-Protection of Children from Environmental Health Risks and Safety, EO <br /> Federal Federal Emergency 13089- Coral Reef Protection, and EO 13112-Invasive Species. The Project included a USFWS 2012 to 2013 <br /> Emergency Management Requirements Report for protected species and critical habitat,a Cultural Resources Technical Report and a <br /> Management Agency,Lanikai,HI State Historic Preservation Office Requirements Report,as well as an EA for the action.Tetra Tech worked <br /> Agency(FEMA) (Team closely FEMA Region 9, DLNR(Engineering), State Civil Defense, and the rockfall engineer proposed to <br /> Subcontractor) execute the project. <br /> DBEDT,Office of Developing a <br /> Planning and Scoping Study for a The focus of this contract is developing a scoping study to define criteria to inform future shoreline <br /> Sustainable Regional Shoreline management strategies by assessing and identifying Hawai'i-specific characteristics to inform a regional 2022-Ongoing <br /> Development Strategy Specific to planning approach.
