[It] <br /> TETRA TECH <br /> County of Hawaii-Statement of Qualifications for Fiscal Year 2025 J <br /> Client(s) Project Name Description Period of <br /> Performance <br /> Statewide Chemical- Tetra Tech collaborated with stakeholders to develop exercise objectives and list of participating agencies. <br /> Hawaii Biological- Created exercise materials, including the Situation Manual, the Facilitator/Evaluator Handbook, and the <br /> Department of Radiological Exercise Evaluation Guides.Coordinated all exercise logistics,including securing venues across four islands, 2007 to 2009 <br /> Health(DOH), Emergency catering,and equipment needs.Facilitated discussion-based tabletop exercise.Evaluated exercise results to <br /> HEER Office Response Tabletop identify strengths and areas of further improvement.Prepared an After-Action Report/Improvement Plan. <br /> Exercise <br /> Tetra Tech reviewed and revised the Maui County Hazardous Materials(HazMat)Annex in order to support <br /> Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) requirements under the federal Emergency Planning and <br /> HMEP Grant Community Right to Know Acts(EPCRA)and similar provisions at the State level.Tetra Tech reviewed the <br /> DOH HEER Support:Maui completed gap analysis of the Maui County EOP and identified which required elements were currently being <br /> Office County HazMat met by the HazMat Annex. Tetra Tech worked with Kauai County to identify appropriate stakeholders, 2015 <br /> Annex Development including representatives from Civil Defense,the Fire Department,the Police Department,and the LEPC. <br /> Tetra Tech developed a HazMat Annex Outline that met LEPC requirements and was consistent with County <br /> HazMat operations as well as the larger County EOP.Tetra Tech worked with the stakeholders to develop a <br /> Draft HazMat Annex consistent with the previously approved Annex Outline. <br /> DOH HEER Kauai County Similar process as Maui.Tetra Tech reviewed and revised the Kauai County Hazardous Materials(HazMat) <br /> Office HazMat Annex Annex in order to support Local Emergency Planning Committee(LEPC) requirements under the federal 2016 <br /> Development Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Acts(EPCRA)and similar provisions at the State level. <br /> DOH HEER Hawaii County Similar process as Maui.Tetra Tech reviewed and revised the Kauai County Hazardous Materials(HazMat) <br /> Office HazMat Annex Annex in order to support Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) requirements under the federal 2017 <br /> Development Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Acts(EPCRA)and similar provisions at the State level. <br /> DOH HEER City&County of Similar process as Maui.Tetra Tech reviewed and revised the Kauai County Hazardous Materials(HazMat) <br /> Office Honolulu HazMat Annex in order to support Local Emergency Planning Committee(LEPC) requirements under the federal 2019 <br /> Annex Development Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Acts(EPCRA)and similar provisions at the State level. <br /> Tetra Tech examined the Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Branch strengths, weaknesses, and <br /> DOH Bioterrorism Public Health opportunities for improvement relative to the entire DOH disaster preparedness enterprise.Provided two sets <br /> Preparedness Preparedness of recommendations: the second set using PHEP metrics to evaluate program capability and opportunities 2011 to 2012 <br /> and Response Program,Baseline for improvement;and,one set using metrics derived from national program standards(the EMAP Standard, <br /> Branch Assessment the NFPA 1600 Standard,the NRF,and best practices)contained in numerous guidance document(CDC <br /> Public Health Emergency Response Guide and the FEMA Comprehensive Preparedness Guide). <br /> PAGE 26 <br />
