Project included the <br /> Project Management preliminary engineering for the In-Town route over 13 miles of road in <br /> Honolulu. The total construction cost for this project is at$356 million. <br /> Community Relations <br /> and Outreach Community Outreach for Keaau-Pahoa Road Improvements project on the <br /> island of Hawaii. The State Department of Transportation (DOT), has <br /> Communications proposed this project to address the heavy traffic congestion which currently <br /> occurs along the corridor between Keaau and Pahoa. Project included <br /> preparation of an Environmental Assessment report in compliance with NEPA <br /> and Title 11, Chapter 200, HRS for the widening and improvement of the <br /> existing highway. Length of the Highway study area approximately 10.5 miles. <br /> Community Outreach for the Paia Bypass project on the island of Hawaii. The <br /> State Department of Transportation (DOT) in association with the Federal <br /> Highways Administration (FHWA), are proposing Highway Improvements and <br /> Alternate Road to serve the Paia community. <br /> Project Trainer for the Emergency Response Plan, Department of Water, <br /> County of Kauai, Hawaii. This project involved the preparation of an <br /> Emergency Response Plan pursuant to the Public Health Security and <br /> Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. The total project cost <br /> of$142,875. <br /> Project Manager for the Sandwich Isles Communications Fiber Optic Ductline <br /> project. This project involves the design and construction of approximately <br /> 325 miles of fiber optic ductlines connecting Hawaiian Homelands throughout <br /> the State. Major responsibility for plan approval and permtting process with <br /> State, County and Federal regulatory agencies is a essential and crucial <br /> component with meeting construction schedule. The total construction cost of <br /> this project is estimated at$700 million. <br /> Project Manager for the State of Hawaii, Department of Education's Whole <br /> School Classroom Renovation for Hawaii schools, including Kea'au Middle, <br /> Waiakea High, Hilo Union, Hilo Intermediate, Haaheo Elementary, <br /> Laupahoehoe High & Elementary, Honoka`a Elementary, and Kohala Middle. <br /> The projects typically involve interior and exterior painting; replacement of <br /> flooring, windows and doors; replacement of marker boards and tack boards; <br /> miscellaneous carpentry repairs; restoration of restrooms. $17.7M <br />
