SSFM also prepared a project <br /> development report (PDR) and rough order of magnitude <br /> construction cost estimate. The PDR included Land Area <br /> Requirements, Building Area Requirements, and Applicable <br /> _ Regulations. It also included a Site List with available State-owned <br /> properties and Environmental permits and studies. <br /> Estimated Construction Cost: $90 million to $140 million <br /> North Shore Sustainable Communities Plan <br /> Honolulu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM provided a five-year comprehensive review of the 2011 <br /> North Shore Sustainable Communities Plan that was inclusive and <br /> reflective of community sentiments and desires. SSFM adapted to <br /> an entirely virtual community engagement format. In a highly <br /> engaged community, this involved developing a large amount of <br /> online content that would bring transparency to the process and <br /> allow extensive participation. <br /> Cost: $285,760 (fees) <br /> -. West Kauai Energy (fka Puu Opae Water) Project <br /> Environmental Assessment, Kokee-Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii <br /> SSFM was the Prime Consultant responsible for the preparation of• _ an Environmental Assessment (EA) for this integrated renewable <br /> energy and irrigation project that would utilize state land and water <br /> for the following objectives: Renewable energy production via <br /> • <br /> hydroelectric electric generation; and, renewable energy production <br /> • <br /> talk :j. {' via solar photovoltaic (PV) generation. <br /> Cost: $212,895 (fees) <br /> Farrington Highway Corridor Study <br /> ova = Waianae, Hawaii <br /> SSFM was the Prime Consultant for the planning and investigations <br /> *u, that identified recommendations for ways to reduce congestion, <br /> enhance capacity, and increase safety while improving resiliency <br /> a.', along 14 miles of the Farrington Highway corridor from the end of <br /> H-1 in Kapolei to Makaha Beach Park. The study identified short <br /> 1 and long term improvements needed to maintain the Farrington <br /> .011 Highway corridor. <br /> Cost: $4974,959 (fees) <br />
