So, you encourage all departments date of decision should be the date the letter should have that date—same date? MS. TOKIHIRO: Yes, correct. CHR. CABANAS: Okay. MS. TOKIHIRO: Yeah. CHR. CABANAS: That's good. MS. TOKIHIRO: We'll go ahead and send something out to all the departments, provide them with that language and that guidance. CHR. CABANAS: Okay. Now, NeoGov has several templates with different letters, so if the staff could check each template because it might appear an older template—it might appear the verbiage might appear. Yeah. MS. TOKIHIRO: Correct. Yeah. I will advise the departments to check their templates as well. CHR. CABANAS: Okay. Thank you so much, Sommer. It is 10 a.m. or close to 10 a.m. and we have a hearing scheduled at 10it is 10 a.m. right now. So, I'm going yes, Mr. Wiseman? MR. WISEMAN: Can I request a few minutes break? CHR. CABANAS: Sure.
