So, once <br />those that is completed, we'll proceed. <br />MS. TAVARES: And is this something that is ongoing negotiations with HGEA <br />MR. OKINAKA: Correct. <br />MS. TAVARES: the Union that represents the WSO Water Safety Officers, essentially? <br />MR. OKINAKA: Correct HGEA and also with the Department of Human Resources, <br />collectively. <br />MS. OKINAKA: Good morning. <br />MR. HONG: You participated in Jonah's recruitment, correct? <br />MR. OKINAKA: Yes. <br />MR. HONG: And isn't it correct that Human Resources Department decided to cancel the <br />recruitment because of the Step II grievance, not the Fire Department? <br />MR. OKINAKA: I believe so —yes. <br />MR. HONG: Would it be fair to say that in terms of the Fire Department, they felt that whatever <br />actions that were taken regarding this recruitment, were correct before the grievance was filed? <br />MR. OKINAKA: Yes. <br />MR. HONG: How many wereI want to talk about the recruitment. How many were on the list <br />of eligibles total? <br />MR. OKINAKA: I don't have that exact number off the top of my head. I'd like to say upwards <br />of 10 candidates, possibly, give or take. <br />MR. HONG: Okay, how about 14 or 16? <br />MR.
