Box 10763, Hilo, Hawaii 96721. <br />PERSONAL HISTORY: For information relative to the personal history of the applicant, refer <br />to departmental files. <br />PENDING APPLICATION FOR LIQUOR LICENSE: Under Application 25-01, Applicant <br />is concurrently applying for the following: <br />• Small Craft Producer Pub license, Category A, located at 230 Kekuanaoa Street, Hilo. <br />o This location will be for manufacturing/bottling only. Applicant does not plan to <br />conduct retail sales to the public or on -premises consumption at this location. <br />DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED INCREASE IN LICENSED PREMISES: Applicant will <br />be expanding its current licensed premises to include an adjacent unit, specifically <br />104 Keawe Street, consisting of approximately 1, 200 square feet. The interior will consist of an <br />area for live entertainment, dancing, additional dining, employee restroom and an area for retail <br />sales for Applicant's merchandise and non-alcoholic kombucha. Applicant is currently working <br />on obtaining permits with the Department of Public Works, Building Division, to internally <br />connect the proposed increase in licensed premises to its current licensed premises.
