In November 2019, <br />Applicant came before the Liquor Commission with an application for a liquor license and on <br />January 2, 2020, Applicant received its Restaurant General liquor license, Category B 1 <br />(REST-G-943). <br />In April 2022, Applicant came back before the Liquor Commission with an application for an <br />increase in licensed premises to include the adjacent unit, 106 Keawe Street, Hilo (the former <br />location of Bears' Coffee). Upon completion of the renovation to internally connect the two <br />units and receiving all inspections, Applicant incorporated this increase to its licensed premises <br />effective November 21, 2023. <br />
