Takase <br />Director <br />SUBJECT: Application No. 24-43, JKL & Associates, LLC dba E Komo Mal Bar &T Grill, for <br />an original Cabaret liquor license, located at the WaIdkea Square Warehouse, 200 Kanoelehua <br />Avenue, #106, Hilo, HI 96720; TMK: 2-2-032:095. <br />NATURE OF APPLICATION: This is an application for an original Cabaret liquor license. <br />CABARET LICENSE: A cabaret license authorizes the sale and consumption of beer, wine <br />and distilled spirits for consumption on the premises. This license shall be issued only for <br />premises where food is served, facilities for dancing by the patrons are provided and live or <br />amplified recorded music or professional entertainment are provided. <br />Meals prepared in suitable kitchen facilities connected therewith, containing the necessary <br />equipment and supplies for cooking an assortment of foods, shall be available to patrons while <br />the premises is open for business. The premises shall have a minimum of 100 square feet <br />suitable for dancing. Each area where dancing by patrons will be provided shall contain no less <br />than 100 square feet which shall not obstruct the normal flow of traffic. <br />APPLICANT: The applicant, JKL & Associates, LLC is a domestic limited liability company, <br />registered with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, on <br />April 2, 2013.
