Applicant plans to close its doors in July of 2025 and reopen for <br />business at the proposed licensed premises located at 200 Kanoelehua Avenue, # 106, Hilo, <br />Hawaii in August of 2025. <br />Applicant has not had any violations since acquiring its liquor license in 2013 and has operated <br />in a reputable manner. <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located at the Waldkea <br />Square Warehouse, 200 Kanoelehua Avenue, #106, Hilo. For further information, please refer to <br />Exhibit I and Exhibit 2 attached. <br />The proposed licensed premises is the current location of CK Foods, Inc., dba Eunice Lounge & <br />Bar (DC-048).
