<br /> Highway,along the windward coast of Oahu is being undermined by the effects of wave erosion. HDOT is proposing to implement permanent
<br /> roadway protection measures, makai of the existing highway,at nine(9)priority sites.These sites have been identified as locations where existing
<br /> erosion mitigation measures are failing or nonexistent and repair is needed to prevent Kamehameha Highway from collapsing into the ocean.
