The project encompasses 350+ acres of the Waimea 400 property <br /> and includes several key components: updating the conceptual master plan including areas of wetland restoration to enhance flood <br /> management and resilience against future sea level rise and climate change impacts;preparation of a Programmatic Environmental <br /> Impact Statement in collaboration with multiple agencies; adherence to the National Environmental Policy Act(NEPA) and federal <br /> regulatory requirements; and engaging stakeholders and community members to address the diverse range of interests, ideas, and <br /> impacts related to the project property.
