The purpose of the project is to support the Hawaii <br /> EDUCATION Department of Transportation (HDOT) in exploring feasible alternatives to <br /> improve the resiliency of two routes identified as vulnerable to climate <br /> M.A. in Urban Planning change exposure on Hawaii Island and Maui. <br /> and Environmental <br /> Policy and Planning, East Kauai Community and Circulation Plan, Kauai, Hawaii. Senior <br /> Tufts University, 2013 Planner. SSFM supported the County of Kauai with preparation of the <br /> East Kauai Community and Circulation Plan (EKCCP). Project Manager, Market Researcher and Finance Specialist. <br /> Conducted surveys and interviews with visitors and potential investors and <br /> analyzed results.
