Senior <br /> Tufts University, 2013 Planner. SSFM supported the County of Kauai with preparation of the <br /> East Kauai Community and Circulation Plan (EKCCP). The first long- <br /> B.S. in Finance and range comprehensive plan for the region, the EKCCP developed policy <br /> International Business, recommendations for land use, transportation, housing, urban design, <br /> New York University, climate adaptation, infrastructure, and other topics affecting the region. A <br /> 2008 series of technical studies and comprehensive community engagement <br /> program were included in the scope. <br /> Master Planning of Mt. Samat Shrine as a Flagship Tourism Enterprise <br /> Zone. Project Manager. Wrote the technical proposal during bid stage and <br /> made use of existing client relationship to win contract. Upon award of <br /> project, negotiated contractual terms. <br /> Master Planning of 366.70 Hectare National Bilibid Prisons Reservation <br /> Area. Project Manager. Addressed changing stakeholder demands and <br /> proposed various land use schemes. Managed presentations to then- <br /> Philippines Vice President Jejomar Binay. <br /> Master Planning of Rizal Park, Manila as a Flagship Tourism Enterprise <br /> Zone. Project Manager, Market Researcher and Finance Specialist. <br /> Conducted surveys and interviews with visitors and potential investors and <br /> analyzed results. Proposed eco-friendly park designs and programs. <br /> Determined financing structure and projected revenue streams, cash flow, <br /> net present value, rates of return, etc. <br /> Special District Design Guidelines for the Waikiki, Diamond Head, and <br /> Chinatown Special Districts in Honolulu, Oahu.
