TLCG is responsible for environmental clearances associated with the preparation, <br /> consolidating existing parcels and re-subdividing them into assimilation, and publication of the Final Environmental <br /> subsistence agricultural lots. Assessment (2020) in accordance with HRS Chapter 343 for the <br /> Waikupanaha Agricultural Lots. The project scope also included <br /> The Waimanalo Homestead Development project area was overseeing the preparation of a Phase I Environmental Site <br /> recently conveyed to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Assessment by our environmental subconsultant. <br /> and is currently operating as Waimanalo Country Farms.TLCG is <br /> responsible for subdividing the lot into subsistence agricultural Design <br /> and residential lots.
