5 Section 4.9. Floor Questions After floor nominations are ciosed, each nominee may address the Membership for up to two (2) miinutes and shoH be reqUired to answer pertinent questions frorn the floor, No candidate may be elected to any Officer or, Director position unIess Oley are present at the Meefing to speak and answer questions.
